RA (J2000): 16h 44m 59.39s Dec(J2000): +19d 37' 15.0"with an uncertainty of 3.3 arcsec (radius, 90% confidence). This position is 9.3 arcmin from the Fermi/LAT position. The source has a mean count rate of 6.0e-02 ct/sec; we cannot determine at the present time whether it is fading.
